Parrot – Terms and Conditions of Use

Welcome to Parrot. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Parrot platform (“Service”, “Platform”, or “Parrot”), owned and operated by NNDI Ltd. By accessing or using Parrot, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Parrot for personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of Parrot, you may be required to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You retain ownership of the content and data you upload to the platform. By using Parrot, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely to provide the services you request. You must ensure that your uploaded content does not infringe the rights of any third party or violate any laws.

5. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use Parrot for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the platform’s source code;
• Upload or distribute malicious software, spam, or unauthorized advertising;
• Resell or sublicense the Service without written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials provided by Parrot (excluding user-generated content) are the property of NNDI Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without permission.

7. Availability and Support

We aim to provide continuous access to Parrot but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update or modify the platform at any time without notice. Support is available via support@parrotanything.com.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for violation of these Terms or if we believe your use poses a risk to the platform or other users.

9. Limitation of Liability

Parrot is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall NNDI Ltd be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage users to review this page periodically.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of The Republic of Malawi, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
